personality:
While it’s still in the budding stages, Thunderbrook could easily transform into a narcissitic cat. Thoughts are starting to creep in, thoughts she hasn’t heard since she was a kit. As she grows as a warrior, she begins to feel like no one around could come even close to her. She’s strong, powerful, and a decent fighter. She’s been in so many battles, so what isn’t to love about her? Sometimes, others just don’t quite make her standards…

history:
Soon enough, Thunderkit phased into Thunderpaw and she and Cricketpaw began to go through the motions. After she hit six moons, she was paired up with a very inexperienced warrior—barely up from an apprentice himself. At that time, there was an infux of kits and apprentices, which led the leader of the clan with limited options. The leader and deputy eventually decided to place apprentices with newer warriors, assuming that the information they had would still be fresh in their minds.
It was.
Thunderpaw’s mentor trained her in all of the basics, but with no regards to how she could ever use them practically. He hadn’t been in too many fights himself, so all he could do was teach her the ‘theoreticals.’ With nothing to learn from, really, Thunderpaw never stood out. She could fight well enough, but most of it was instinct. Whenever she tried to use a specific move, she got so caught up in the details that she missed her chance, or hit too late. He was making one fatal mistake.
He didn’t teach her the importance of the clan.
All of his focus was always on her—asking HER to fight better. To run faster. To catch more prey. Never once did he focus on the Clan, and how every task she did would benefit the Clan. While this may seem pretty instinctive for most, for some reason or another Thunderpaw didn’t have it. Even now, she only sees the clan as useful, but not necessary. That’s all it ever will be to her. A tool.
Surprisingly enough, Thunderpaw passed her assesments and joined the ranks among Shadowclan’s finest warriors. Here, she finally blossomed. No one told her what to think, or how to act. She could finally sort out HER thoughts on things, not what was spoonfed to her.
As a warrior, Thunderbrook thrived. She gained a lot of experience, and rather quickly too. Often times, she was sent out on border patrolls because of her authoritative stature. There was something about her that let the she-cat act as a perfect intimidator. Whenever a fight broke out on the borders, Thunderbrook was almost always sent in. As of now, the she-cat’s one of the most experienced in her clan. In her moons, she’s seen just about everything. (Hence her position as a senior warrior.)
Currently, Thunderbrook leads a busy life. While she doesn’t currently have an apprentice, that’s only because she hasn’t quite gotten over the accidential death of her previous one, Birchpaw. She’s still distraught over the loss, especially since there wasn’t any real explination for his death besides that it was ‘a terrible accident.’.
For obvious reasons, she’s been hesitant to take on another. Instead, she’s taken to either hanging around the camp. Or, constantly going on patrolls. Cats from other clans recognize her as ‘that one she-cat’ that always seems to be lurking on the borders…just waiting for someone to make a mistake. [/ul]
