Personality:

Cheerful
Someone who sees Snowpaw for the first time would probably notice his big smile forming on his face first. Did something wonderful or amazing happen to him earlier? The answer would be a very big no. Everything that Snowpaw could associate with life, whether they are clouds, flowers or birdsong, all things can make this apprentice happy. Since everything he knows is related to life, almost everything can make him pleased. Not only that, but also, Snowpaw’s spirits cannot be dampened easily. It would take time, work and even luck to remove that everlasting smile on his face.

Naive
Simple-minded, immature and inexperienced, Snowpaw needed the training to become a warrior very badly. Being innocent about life, Snowpaw doesn’t really stand a chance against the aggressive and violent world. He knows very less about the other Clans and why an occasional border fight happens. He is pretty much an easy target for those cats wanting to trick someone. On the bright side, this also means that Snowpaw has a pure heart, not tainted by evil or lies. He does not know how to lie, cheat or even steal. He may not be the best cat to ask about life, but he does enlighten you about the right thing to do.

Gullible
Seems like this can be included under “Naive”, but I think this needs its own section for Snowpaw is, well... gullible. From being asked to clean their den to search for the elders’ ticks, the white apprentice will do them all if he was just politely asked to. Bribery seems to work as effectively, too. He is easy to fall under any tricks made by anyone, may it be battle techniques or a distrusted stranger’s request. However, once you have been labelled by Snowpaw as a bad kitty, any more commands and requests will not be entertained by him anymore.

Playful
Stealing mice from the fresh-kill pile or chasing the younger kits around the nursery were two of Snowpaw’s favourite activities during his kithood. He knows how to have a good time, and is awfully good at it. He shows his playfulness in and out of camp and even with the cats that he just met for the first time. Many apprentices are forced to play with him because of his playful antics while serious warriors just force themselves to shout at Snowpaw. Who could just resist a playful, cheerful, fresh-out-of-the-nursery apprentice?

Optimist
Some things are considered as unlucky and depressing by others, but Snowpaw would see the brighter side of them. He may even consider death or battles as a happy event. If he hears anything negative, you can always expect Snowpaw to butt in and tell the positive side. It’s like he doesn’t even consider the terrible things that may happen. He believes that everything happens for a reason and thinks that the said reason will always be good for all of them. He remains to be optimistic because this white apprentice strives to continue on living a cheerful life with a happily-ever-after sort of ending.

Appearance:
Named for his snow-white fur and his snowy cold gaze as a kit, Snowpaw is as snowy as he can get to be. The chilly appearance of his eyes slowly turned into a refreshing stare as he aged. Having just been out of the nursery, Snowpaw still has his downy kitten fur and soft pink paws. As fresh as a newly fallen snow, his white pelt covers his whole body, from the tip of his tail to his rosy pink nose. There were no other markings for the adorable white apprentice for his fleece-like fur is as white and pure as his namesake, ‘snow’.

Menacing looks? Snowpaw absolutely doesn’t have those. How about horrid-looking claws or teeth? Those are the things that you can’t imagine Snowpaw to acquire, even if he does grow up. Snowpaw is as innocent-looking as a kit, making it very hard to think of him as an aggressive or powerful warrior in the future. His legs and the rest of his muscles look just fine for an apprentice his age, but his face still remains to be as childish as a kit’s. Nobody would get serious around Snowpaw because

History:
Snowpaw doesn’t know much about the history of his family, but he clearly doesn’t care about that. All that he knows about his kithood was that it was a lot fun. He has a wonderful mother that took care of them every time they needed it and he has this delightful brother, which cares and loves him dearly. He has made a lot of friends in the nursery during his time as a kit, including the other ShadowClan kits that played with them, some friendly apprentices who took the liberty to teach them battle moves in their free time and the other queens sharing the nursery with them. Everything in his past was considered as perfect by the simple-minded white apprentice because there was nothing more that he could’ve wished for.

Everything in his kithood is... well, ordinary for a kit. It was just Snowpaw’s thoughts that made everyday an adventure for him. He even enjoys daily trips around the camp, thinking he was patrolling and securing his fellow ShadowClanner’s home. He also considers the elders’ stories like it was going to happen to him within the next few days. He took his time as a kit to prepare his self before being made an apprentice. He was never labelled by the warriors around him as an annoying and excited kit, but as a kit who really doesn’t bug everyone on how their leader should make him a great apprentice at any time he wants.

He lived a good reputation as a kit, but how about as an apprentice? Snowpaw isn’t really the one to be expected to become a fierce warrior and sometimes, being really naive in the world of fighting doesn’t help one bit. Even with the support of his family, especially his beloved brother, can the white apprentice manage to become a warrior his Clan would be proud of? Will he succeed to have a happy life till the end? Would he become an essential part of the Clan and be remembered by generations to come? Snowpaw has a lot of questions on how his life would be, but surely our cheerful Snowpaw would find a way to answer these questions.
