Littlekit is extremely insecure about his size. He does everything he can to look bigger than he really is. His mother is often criticizing him for being so small (though she doesn’t do it in front of the other warriors) and his brother can sometimes tease him about his size. This has led to a particular bitterness towards being who he is, and the bitterness has slowly turned to a dark, festering anger in his once innocent, sweet-natured heart. On the outside, Littlekit is quiet, choosing to watch and keep away from the other kits and cats for fear of being criticized or made fun of. Inside, he is angry at the world, bitter towards his lot in life, and slowly, he has begun to hate the world, thinking only of himself and what he can gain. His mother’s words are often poison, and she has begun to fill his mind with dreams of power. He thinks that if he can attain this power, to be a leader or a ruler like no other, then his size would no longer matter, and there would be no cat who could ever think ‘little’ of him again. His size is a touchy subject, and his rage towards it can spill over and make him act rashly, though he has begun to channel this anger into cruel cunning and even as a kit, he trains his legs, and his small body to be more resilient and stronger than other kits around him. He knows none day he will have to fight to prove he is as strong as them, and he is preparing himself for the inevitable clash. He’s intelligent enough to know to keep his ambitions to himself, and to act like any normal cat would. But the darkness festering in his heart is driving him further from his Clan, and further into the tainted ambitions of power and destruction.

Like his name suggests, Littlekit is indeed ‘little.’ In fact, he’s so small, his mother contemplated keeping him another two or so moons in the nursery before he became an apprentice. His size is a source of great embarrassment and sensitivity to him; his tiny paws, and tiny body, coupled with his soft, almost squeaky voice, are a great source of amusement for his mother, and his brother, Fogkit. Littlekit is extremely insecure about it. With large, round blue eyes, and short pink ears, he looks almost comically small compared to most other cats his age. His fur is fluffy and always seems to be puffed up (Which indeed it is; he’s trying to look bigger than he is) and his tail is also as fluffy as the rest of him. His pads are a soft pink, and his nose is pink as well, save for the dark spot just on the front of it. His ears and the top of his head are pitch black, and his tail is black and white colored, his fur a strange salt and pepper mix along the appendage. The rest of his body is pure white, save for a very large, black spot just on his lower back, near his rump.

Littlekit shouldn’t have been alive long enough to know such bitterness, but it seems that he has. His mother was like him as a kit, and her words position his mind, filling his heart with a secret hatred and anger. His brother often teased him when they were stuck in the nursery together, and even the other kits in the Clan would make fun of his size when he tried to join in their fun. This led to his distance and his self-conscious awkwardness when being around other cats. He decided to spend his time training his legs and his small body, and his mother would secretly teach him battle moves within the confines of the nursery when it was empty and his brother had gone out to play. Because of this, his tiny body has become strong and resilient, and despite his mothers idea of keeping him another moon or so before he can become an apprentice (and to train him herself)Littlekit has refused this and demanded she allow him to become an apprentice.
