names:
gender: she-cat.
age: 15 moons.
clan: windclan.
rank: [warrior] decoy.
personality: A mysterious aura is what this she - cat possesses. She is secretive, too, delighting in secrets that are for her knowledge only. Due to this, she often finds herself a little on the outer, through no real fault of anyone but herself. Her distant manner does nothing to help this issue. She often appears rather cool and collected. This can make her seem unfeeling, when she is actually not. She is definitely not one to express her emotions willingly, or give an open display as to how she is feeling.
She says what she wants, when she wants, with little regard to others feelings. This makes her a rather blunt individual, however, it does mean that she can always be known as a truthful cat. Her truth telling often leads to harsh remarks being made, though she never feels she is in the wrong. This relates closely to another aspect of her character; she believes she is in the right. This tendency makes her a little stubborn, and certainly becomes near impossible to make her shift her views; no matter the subject.
Another more negative quality is her tendency to be a poor listener. Although she does not really try, in a sense, it still seems to affect her ability to form any sort of relationship with those around her. The reason for this is primarily because she feels that her own problems or day - to - day happenings are more significant than theirs. She also is hard to impress. Words have no affect on her; actions can, to some extent. She judges cats for herself, never listening to past experiences, except her own.
appearance: Her face is somewhat darker than the rest of her body, being of a medium - gray in color. This is the same for her ears, paws, tail and along her spine. The rest of her pelt is a creamy - gray, though whiter on her chest and under her chin. Her fur itself is soft, sleek but relatively short. In terms of her frame; she is lightweight and lean, perhaps a little on the smaller size. She does not have particularly strong or powerful muscles, yet this is not to say she is weak; she is is simply in proportion with her size.
Her long tail is by no means bushy; in fact, it is somewhat on the scraggly side. Her rounded face and long whiskers give her an air of innocence or bewilderment. The dark gray - black tips on her ears are her stand - out feature, for their color is so much more bold than the rest of her. Her whiskers are almost invisible, for they are so thin and curled. Their shade is almost exactly the same as that of her pelt. Her eyes are of a twilight - sky blue, deep and mysterious. They fade inward, becoming a slightly lighter violet. Her pupils are dark and black, and seem to be framed by the violet within.
history: Her love of secrets is her primary reason for being chosen to join the ranks of the Decoys. The fact that she is so determined and fierce also played a part in this decision. However, Ebonykit started life off as normal as one would expect. She was born into WindClan, to parents who treated her with respect and dedication. In short, there was nothing so much in her upbringing that caused her to become a decoy; it was simply, one could say, her environmental factors. It was a cat so closely related to her mentor that had the biggest influence on her. Now as Ebonypaw, she would often train, not with her mentor, but with that other cat, who had long since kept a close eye on her due to earlier signs in her personality. So many excuses were made for her mentor, she lost track of them. All she knew for certain, was that this cat had taught her the truth of things. By the time she was eight moons, she was well and truly accepting of the decoys and ready to join their ranks to serve what she thought was 'an honorable course of life'. They asked her to kill, one day. When she had reached her eleventh moon. It was her mentor; the most logical choice for a test, though she was not aware of this. He could pose a threat. A threat to, her, they told her, though really they meant the decoys as a whole. Her hesitance was little; her 'other' mentor had structured the majority of her apprenticeship so she did not feel more than a little sympathy toward him. Her confrontation was swift; easy, even. It seemed she managed to bury the horror of the moment deep within herself, concentrating instead on the satisfaction being accepted fully into the decoy rankings would mean to her. Harder to shake was the fear of being caught. She had had assistance in disposing of his body; after all, it was her first task, and she had performed 'admirably'. Receiving her warrior name, a few moons later, seemed to erase most of her earlier fears. It seemed that trust and respect was still given to her by her leader and clan members; and though she may not deserve it, it was enough. She now lives an almost 'double life' and is thoroughly engrossed in the mystery of her adventures.
