LILACWISH
----------------------------------------

"you're gonna be a shining star"

Lilacwish was in a bit of a predicament. Yes, that was the word. A predicament. As defined by the slender golden-pelted warrior, a problem. And a pretty big one. The problem was...
...that the camp clearing was empty. Yes. Empty. The pretty emerald bronze-eyed warrior flitted her gaze around the camp one more time and could not spot a single soul.
Of course, it was way before dawn, and the warrior had decided to watch the camp on this particular night. Leaf-fall was definitely in the air today, with the wind and gently blowing leaves keeping her company. Yet...Lilacwish was feeling rather lonely. Extremely lonely, in fact. Sure, the breeze and the leaves were interesting to watch, as they danced around the clearing in a unique dance, but...She wished she could have someone to talk to at the moment, but, due to the serene calmness of the clan camp, juxtaposed against the severe clamor of a normal day, Lilacwish decided that the prospect of another cat coming out to join her would be marginally slim.
She sighed and gazed up languidly at the sky, a dark navy blanket studded with small silver sequins, and found nothing interesting there to look at, so she averted her gaze to study her snowy-hued paws. Still nothing interesting to do.
Lilacwish supposed she should concentrate more on watching the camp, but please. What were the chances of, say, RiverClan parading through the camp entrance and unleashing a surprise attack? Again...marginally slim. She made a face at the thought.
Many heartbeats passed in silence. The creamy brown she-cat yawned, fatigued, and noticed the ground around her lightening, splotched with the weary first rays of sunlight. She glanced up at the sky again, and the darkness was now diluted with streaks of pale pink and orange. Nearly dawn, now. Surely cats would be waking, or at least the Dawn Patrol warriors...? It didn't matter who decided to notice her; the willowy feline didn't have a preference. Lilacwish was sore and desperately lusting for company; she glanced impatiently toward the den entrances, waiting for someone, anyone, to approach her.[/blockquote]
