Looking down and watching her after his comment, he saw the change in her gaze, the sudden warmth as she commented that she had more or less known. A soft crooked smile played on his mouth. Her tail brushed his, resting over it as she seemed to be debating her life, how it had changed, how it would further change. He pressed his body against her, and perked up again after she spoke, asking if she could stay with him. He knew how right she was, the night was too perfect to waste. From a cat that had spent the better portion of his life roaming the dark and never coming out into the sun, he realized that he had never seen the true beauty of it. The world was blue and silver when the moon was out, and the bugs were vibrant. Instead of fluttering dully, they swooped and dove, glowing in incandescent hues.
He nodded, rising to his paws, "I would love that." He purred, beginning to contemplate where they could stay. They couldn't stay here, for fear they'd be caught by ShadowClan- and WindClan was worse, as there was very little covering for them to hide. He knew they'd need to go to the island, the only place that wasn't Clan territory, where no one should have known they'd be there. He lead her through the pines of ShadowClan, and around until they reached fallen log that was used to access the island. He moves quickly across it- it was such a bare area, it was too easy for them to be spotted.
Once safely on the other side, they ducked into cover, and he led her to a well covered, hidden place. It was a few bushes at the base of the Great Oak, which would give them the safety of the tree at their backs, and the covering of thick, leafy bushes on all other sides. He allowed her to slip inside first, and followed suit. He hadn't slept in a nest with another cat since he was an apprentice, and so it was a stark difference to his empty little den back at home. He laid down, staring up at the branches of the Great Oak through a gap in the bushes. "Oh, this is so terribly wrong of us- not for me, I suppose, I haven't been a part of my Clan since I was an apprentice- you're still a loyal warrior. Are you certain you know what you're getting into? What getting caught would mean for you?"
